Service Description

If you are new to pole fitness, start here...zero experience required and minimal upper body strength needed. Learn basic body movement, proper posture, and strengthening exercises that will build the strength needed to hold yourself up on the pole! We will also focus pole-climbing technique and a few basic spins that require minimal upper body strength. What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra (must be secure, taped in if needed), short shorts (bottom must be fully covered), socks, and NO LOTION. This is for safety...skin contact is key to proper grip! Tuition is due on the 1st of the month! *There will be no class on November 28!
