Baby Barre
Baby Barre is the perfect opportunity to bond with your baby while improving posture, muscle tone, and balance in this ballet-based workout! Babies must be at least 6 weeks old and no more than 30 pounds (must be able to fit in a wrap or carrier). Bring either a wrap or carrier, baby's favorite blanket, and a quiet toy! When booking in advance, you are making a commitment to that class and instructor. There are no refunds or rotating classes! If you can't commit, you may pay the walk in price for each session separately, but be sure to check the Facebook page the day of in case classes are full or cancelled.

Most classes are based on a $15 walk in price, but prices may vary (and change) depending on what type of class it is, attendance rates, etc.

If additional classes are added throughout the week (including one-time only pop up classes and workshops), they will be posted on Facebook and here so that you can register!

Pole Fitness (open level)
Our open level pole fitness classes are designed to fit all levels of skill and experience so that students can learn at their own pace!

Beginners will learn basic body movement, proper posture, strengthening exercises, pole-climbing technique and a few basic spins that require minimal upper body strength. More experienced students will continue to advance through our curriculum with different exercises and harder tricks.

Beginners, do not be intimidated! We have found that our open level classes are the most beneficial to all levels because although you are working through a curriculum, students get inspired and learn through each other the most!
