OCTOBER SCHEDULE
at a glance
Visit the Book Online page to register for a class for the month.
Visit our Pricing page for VIP and punch card options.
Note: Because of ever-changing adult schedules (kids, sports, work, etc.), our classes are "open level" style (learn at your own pace). All levels are welcome in every class offered and modifications will be given accordingly! If you register for a class and one of the dates falls on a major holiday ( or when the studio will be closed), you may make up your class another day of that week.
As we share a building with lots of other tenants, please be respectful of others by being quiet in the hallways and dressing modestly to go to and from class and to the bathroom (no booty shorts, stomachs showing, etc.). While we understand that skin exposure is required for safety in pole fitness, bottoms must remain fully covered at all times and tops must be secure.

Pole Fitness (open level)
Our open level pole fitness classes are designed to fit all levels of skill and experience so that students can learn at their own pace!

Beginners will learn basic body movement, proper posture, strengthening exercises, pole-climbing technique and a few basic spins that require minimal upper body strength. More experienced students will continue to advance through our curriculum with different exercises and harder tricks.

Beginners, do not be intimidated! We have found that our open level classes are the most beneficial to all levels because although you are working through a curriculum, students get inspired and learn through each other the most!

What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra (must be secure, taped in if needed), short shorts (bottom must be fully covered), socks, and NO LOTION. This is for safety...skin contact is key to proper grip!

$25 walk ins, or $100 for the month for a specific day of the week, or $100 for a 5 pole class punch card (due by the 1st, ends on the last day of the month)

$15 per class, or $60 for the month (due by the 1st)
