Buti Yoga

Buti yoga is a blend of power vinyasa yoga, cardio dance, and primal movement that tones the inner core.

Must be comfortable walking and dancing in heels and able to pick up choreography quickly, as this class is choreography based. Previous training in jazz highly recommended. NO platforms or pumps!

Push yourself and build deep core strength in this yoga class! Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid "drag" or friction creating resistance.

Probably the best and most fun cardio you can get without hurting your joints! Learn and follow along to popular and original line dances for an amazing workout.

Pole: Level 1

If you are new to pole, start here...zero experience required and minimal upper body strength needed.

Learn basic body movement such as proper posture, walking, body rolls, and strengthening exercises that will build the strength needed to hold yourself up on the pole! We will also focus pole-climbing technique and a few basic spins that require minimal upper body strength.

What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra, short shorts, socks, and NO LOTION. This is for safety...skin contact is key to proper grip!

$25 walk in

Pole Dancer

Thursdays 5:30pm

Pole: Level 2

Adequate upper body strength needed...it is recommended that you are able to hold yourself up on the pole!

If you’ve taken at least one month of level 1 and have built up your strength significantly, level 2 is for you. We will be focusing on new grips, positions and spins that require adequate upper body strength.

What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra, short shorts, socks, and NO LOTION. This is for safety...skin contact is key to proper grip!

Dance Floor Blur

Wednesdays 5:30pm

Thursdays 6:45pm

Pole: Level 3

Solid upper body strength required, as we focus on inverting (going upside down) in this class! Prerequisite: Levels 1 and 2.

What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra, short shorts, socks, and NO LOTION. This is for safety...skin contact is key to proper grip!
