Service Description

Our open level pole fitness classes are designed to fit all levels of skill and experience and students can learn at their own pace. Beginners will learn basic body movement, proper posture, strengthening exercises, pole-climbing technique and a few basic spins that require minimal upper body strength. More experienced students will continue to advance through our curriculum with different exercises and harder tricks. Beginners, do not be intimidated! We have found that our open level classes are the most beneficial to all levels because though you are working through a curriculum, students get inspired and learn the most from each other! What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra (must be secure, taped in if needed), short shorts (bottom must be fully covered), socks, and NO LOTION. This is for safety...skin contact is key to proper grip! The system is set to "pay in person" to avoid an additional fee. However, sending in your payment through Venmo by the 1st of the month is encouraged in order to secure your spot in class! Venmo: @nosupervisiondance (code 8088 if needed)
